Who We Are
One owner, one standard
Koch Property Management is based in Meridian, MS and cleans homes and businesses across the Southeast. When you call, you talk to Michael, the owner, and he's the one who quotes your job.
The work is simple to describe and easy to get wrong: the right pressure for each surface, plants protected, and every spot rinsed before we leave.

How we treat every job
Written quotes
You see the price in writing before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
Right method
Soft wash for siding and roofs, pressure wash for concrete. Never more pressure than the surface can take.
Plants protected
Plants and grass get wet down before cleaning and rinsed again after.

We look it over with you, or send photos if you weren't home.
